Alexander Pierce, lycéen de 20 ans, va voir sa vie changer radicalement lorsque son monde se confrontera un autre. Il subira alors une transformation en vampire et devra tout faire pour s'adapter dans un environnement sanglant où l'amour et la haine se partagent entre vampires et lycanthropes.
